Returns & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition, with all components and packaging included.

Initiation of Return

Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

Pictures may be requested prior to approving the return.

If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Please securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.

Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Approval for the return will be communicated within 7 business days.

Bent or incorrect factory mating parts are not considered as manufacturer’s defects.

Refund or Exchange

All returns, unless determined to be a manufacturer defect, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, any damage to the product will reduce the refund amount as determined by the seller. Scratches and blemishes to powder coating will reduce the refund amount by the option price paid for the powder coating.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Customized or modified products are not eligible for exchange or return.

Apparel is not eligible for exchange or return.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.


Order cancellations are subject  to partial refund depending on the status of work completed. The maximum refund for any cancellation will be 95% of the purchase price.
